WebMy heating method is a single flame jet torch (aomai) pointed at the very base of the cap with the flame tip approx .75 inches from the cap. I can clear a bowl in two rips by doing this no fmj needed. Personally I don't trust the fmj, so that's why I use this method. Afaik you shouldn't clean the caps with iso.
